Online Facility To Order Your Repeat Prescription

The facility to order your repeat prescriptions online has now changed.

You will now need to be issued with a username and password.

To obtain these you will need to call in to the surgery and bring along proof of ID this will need to be either a Passport/Photo Driving Licence and also a current utility bill with your address details.

Please do not use the online facility for medications that are not on repeat.

These requests can take longer to get authorised and therefore, cause a delay in you receiving your medication.
